College Entry Requests
College admission is not included in group tours, but can be added when booking. These prices are imposed by the University and its colleges. Sometimes colleges close for special events with little or no warning, so we cannot guarantee you will be able to get into a college you have requested. We will do our best to arrange visits or will provide a full refund on pre-paid entry fees.

Meeting Location
Our tours begin at the Oxford Walking Tours sign on Broad Street, outside the blue gates of Trinity College, but we are happy to meet you anywhere in the city centre.
If you are arriving by private coach, please review the approved pick-up and drop-off points for coaches, lorries and mini buses on the Oxford City Council Website.
Cancellation Policy
We allow cancellations up to 72 hours before a scheduled tour. Any cancellations or adjustments after this time will not be refunded.
If you are running late and will miss your scheduled time slot, please call and let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you but cannot make any guarantees.
Payment Policy
Payment is due upon booking, including any additional entries for colleges or the Divinity School. Please book these in advance as we cannot always guarantee the ability to add additional people at the last minute.
We suggest booking the maximum required spaces now and then cancelling as needed before the 72-hour window.
