Cancellation policy
Bookings for private and group tours can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours in advance. Bookings for public tours can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance or rescheduled up to 2 hours in advance.
Please get in touch if you need to cancel or are running late.
Additional Information
Please note that while we do take you into parts of the Bodleian Library on our tours, we do not go inside the Duke Humfrey’s Library. This can only be visited with a librarian.
