“After wandering around Oxford for a couple of hours not really knowing any details of what we were looking at we decided to take a guided walking tour, good move! Simon from Oxford Walking Tours, on Broad Street, did us proud. For £7.50p each we had nearly 2 hours and visited 3 colleges, Simon was very knowledgeable and put his points across very well and answered all the questions the small group put to him with ease. Well worth the money and definately makes you realise what a unique place Oxford is.”

“I thought that I knew Oxford fairly well, but Simon, our great tour guide, made me realize there were many things that I did not know. He really made Oxford come alive for me and my family, and I am so glad we happened upon this walking tour. Not to be missed if you want a full appreciation of this wonderful city.”

“I arrived in Oxford on a whim and only had three hours to explore. I scuffled about a bit, and as a transport anorak immediately realised that this town must have tackled traffic problems at some point. I'm not usually one to use any form of organised tourism, but I got chatting to the guide (Simon) and decided that as I was utterly clueless given my time schedule I had nothing to lose.
This turned out to be a wise decision and worth every penny (£7.50). It was late afternoon and our party was small, but I got the impression that even with a larger group of visitors Simon would have no problem holding their attention. His knowledge of the city is superb. I really do recommend Oxford Walking Tours.”

“We went on an Oxford Walking Tour as we wanted to see as much of the city's universities as possible and know what we were looking at!! Our tour guide Simon was superb --- he took us around the colleges and into New College. He was a mine of information and clearly knows and loves the city. If you are going to Oxford you couldn't do much better than an Oxford Walking Tour!!”

“Our Group of 25 Wolverhampton U3A members thoroughly enjoyed our Guided Walk with Stuart on 4th May 2010. The highlight was going round New College. As this is well off the Tourist Trail, it isn't thronged with crowds of sightseers, and we saw so much, including marvellous stained glass, the magnificent dining hall, plus the remaining section of the Oxford City Walls, and Stuart's commentary was just right - interesting, and informative, but not overwhelming. At the end of the walk we were pointed to other sights to see. I would definitely book this walk again. Highly recommended. Ann Eales”

“Took Stuart's tour this Easter 2010. Enjoyed a different way of seeing the Colleges, it gets away from the 'tourist traps'. Took up the recommendation for lunch (Turf Tavern). Thanks Stuart!”

“Despite the pouring rain this was an excellent informative tour. Stuart pitched the tour very well considering the mixed audience.
Highly recommended to any tourist visiting Oxford.”
